French at Exwick Heights is the study of the French language whilst also providing students with a profound understanding and appreciation of French language and culture. Our high-quality French curriculum (SALUT) fosters children’s curiosity and deepen their understanding of the world. The teaching of French for all pupils at Key Stage 2 provides an appropriate balance of spoken and written language and lays the foundations for further foreign language teaching at Key Stage 3.
