The children have had a fun-filled last week, enjoying their delicious Christmas dinner, the red badge treat and their lovely carol performance. Another highlight was the visit from Animals2U. In science, we’ve been learning about animals and their babies and we saw the eggs that a leaf insect comes from, the babies and an adult. We also met the rats Wispa and Twix, the cornsnake and the crested gecko and her baby. The geckos entertained us by showing off their climbing skills on the glass door, narrowly missing Santa! The children enjoyed learning about the animals and asked some great questions.
